I was thrilled to be asked, my very first time,
and also I was very nervous,
because I was going to discuss the nitty gritty stuff
of organizing. We all know this is a difficulty
for many and for some it is interfering
with the enjoyment of their lives. No light topic here,
for sure, but I hope some of the ideas and philosophies
I will put forth, today and tomorrow will help
some of you in some way.
Please feel free to email me with any questions.

great guest post, Z! i love the idea of the fifteen minute timer to get things going AND great advice not to hold onto something just cuz someone gave it to you.......i have to work on that one, as i am very sentimental! you are such a good writer, i don't know why you were nervous. good job.

I am heading over to read the guest post but I wanted to say thank you for the link to the nest, I just shared it with my family on FB cuz I knew my boys would go crazy for it! We took the little ones away for a couple of days, lucky us my sis had a time share that was going to expire and they couldn't use it. No place special, kind of close to home but in 2 1/2 days they have been swimming 5 times and are having a great time! me too!
Now to read your post...
really quick note though, I was thinking of you and your mad oraganizing skills as I looked at the papers and junk piling up on my kitchen counter. NO LIE! I was thinking Z would tell me to get rid of most of it and use that cute pink bread box for something better than a junk box! just letting you know you are thought of often! love ya! t. xoxo
That was awesome! I have to try the 15 minute purge, that is a great idea. The sentimental thing is so me, I know it's not the person it's thing, I have the hardest time with it. My MIL gave me a cople of beat up dressers and an ugly lamp and just because it was Duane's grannies I thought I needed to keep them. He put the worst of the dressers to the road without even thinking about it! I need to learn this manuever! xoxo
That is very exciting! I'm thrilled for you:)
Hi

Interesting system and I loved the pledge... so true.
Blessings
Rebecca
