Sneaky Peekey Slinky Pinky WW #196

OK you've got me. Not exactly a WW, but hear me out. I've spent the day putting together all the fun kits for A Blushing Valentine, the Gathering I'm teaching this weekend. The dining table is covered with kits and chocolate. Such surprises await my students. This way they get a peek. It's getting late, and well, these PINK AND WHITE goodie bags will just have to suffice. Besides it is so close to Valentine's Day, you cannot ignore the pink, it's everywhere.

Don't forget about my 200th post give-away- It's a great box of Old Grey Mare, all for you if you are the winner. See the rules here. 4 more posts until the winner is announced.

Stop by all the other White Wednesdays, (they have lots of white) hosted by Kathleen of Faded Charm, by linking over there to the left. MckLinkey makes it super easy.

I don't know what class you are teaching at your home. But they are some lucky girls to be in on it by the looks of the goodies on your table. Carol

I hear ya! Your class looks like it will be fun. I have to organize a 2nd grade classroom Valentines project. YIPES! ooooh I just got an idea from your blog - Maybe I will run to the craft shop and pick up a bunch of mailboxes and they can decorate those for the Valentines they exchange. THANK YOU!

Dee,

I got the mailboxes at Target for $1.00 each but they are pretty small for holding all those school valentines. I did see some larger cardboard ones at Big Lots. I think they were $2.99 which may be too pricey for an entire classroom.

When I was growing up, we all had to decorate a shoe box and have a slit in the top. Then we would walk around the room and drop off the Valentines into each box. In 6th Grade Bruce Reese, I still remember his name, gave me an individual store bought card that cost 25 cents! I wasin Heaven!

Thanks for bringing back that memory for me!
