The shadows in this shade
made my heart flutter.
She carries a very deep shadow on my heart.
Textures are tucked into the shadows of a cabinet.
Sitting in the shadows, at home for
awhile and not so far away.
The shadows are carved into this box.
My constant shadows.
Every time I type here, they sit there
in the shadows beneath my desk.
I can run my bare feet over their soft fur and
"fluff" their ears.
The snorts, the snores, and the dog biscuit
"odoriferous" results keep me company.

Especially like your constant shadows. One needs those.
Beautiful post! My little furry kitties are always in my shadow and I wouldn't want it any other way.

My furbabies are in my lap snoozing at the moment. But they have beds underneath this desk. Always close. Always my shadow.

I have this neurotic thing for lamp shades and yours is very pretty. Love the image of your son. Where would we be without the sweet shadows at our feet?
Your photos are so intriguing and peaceful...just lovely!
Love the pictures but today you melted me with the words...have a happy weekend!
I love those last shadows. Perfect. Kit
Came back to read the inspired ideas, and saw I never saw the picture of your son earlier. ThAt is definitely the best shadow picture you took.
What cute constant shadows!
These are great! That lampshade is to die for! :) It reminds me of a type of skirt that was made for a group of dancers I saw perform once. With edgy lighting the shadows were mesmerizing on stage.
The texture of that lampshade is terrific, but my favourite is the box, with the wings. I have never looked at shadows inside that much - I always notice them outside though. My absolute favourites are the shadows of clouds on distant hills. For some reason, that is an image that really draws me in...
I love the yarn in the basket. Your son is home.???
Beautiful shadow shots! I love the rope and lace balls.....another great use for all that old trim I have up in my craft room!
I just read your previous post too about the Inspired Ideas magazine. I went for a visit and there are several projects that caught my eye. Thanks for the link.
Have a wonderful weekend.
