HOT
Damn
Already?
Although the trumpet vine thrives,
I do not
It stretches and reaches toward the sun
I do not
I hibernate
ponder the power bills
worry over the limping air conditioner
I hibernate
till fall
Think I'm kidding?
Ask around
I'm as difficult to spot as
a dormouse
It's pretty out there
BUT
Too DAMN HOT
Iced Coffee
NOW!
Only 2 spots left in the class
Must register by May 2nd

I will not torture you with our weather report here in Portland. I wilt in the heat, too, so totally understand how you are feeling!
hot weather is not my friend either...early spring/late fall those are the west central Florida seasons that I love...make mine iced tea!!!
Dang girl, you went from 'anxious for spring' to 'hot mamma'! Try and stay cool. Try and focus on those two weeks of spring you had. Yeah, all 14 days. If it makes you feel any better it's supposed to be 80 tomorrow. Wanna come visit Romeo? He knows where all the best shady spots are.....
Hugs and purrs,
"her" and Romeo
That's cute :) It has been the 90's here already. I am sure not used to it in the beginning. I don't hibernate. I just go from one air conditioned place to the next :) Stay cool!
Karen
It's not even considered HOT, yet. Better lay in LOTS of ice for that coffee. :-)
I LIVE for hot weather, I grew up in S.C. and when the thermometer dips below 70 degrees I am cold!
give me heat and humidity any day over cold and rain!
I love that mouse photo :)
Can you you be a good friend and send a few degrees of it here? I don't think we have hit 60 degrees here yet today and I have a fire going in the stove :)
much love from me...
Awwww...it's hot there already? I don't do so well in heat and we just never know what kind of summer we'll have. I stay in, too, if it's in the 90's. Just putter around the house, read a lot and wait it out.
I hope you get some relief soon.
XO,
Jane
Beautiful photos! I don't do so well in the heat either! I like the cool!

Linda
