Should I Should I Not?

Marked my calendar April 29, 2019
SUCKED

My master toilet tank on the second story,
leaked at the bolt while I was away
 from the house and created
a huge water bubble on my kitchen ceiling.

Crappity

Later I stuck the hose end into
my outdoor fountain
to fill up and walked inside
to set a timer to remind me to shut it off.

The phone rang and it was the Primary Dr
calling me, never a good sign, to say
I needed to call My Pulmonary DR
 and make an appt pronto.

Crappity

Which I did and they said can you come in an hour!!!
A little freak out, a quick shower
and when I arrive he says,
he's read the report but cannot see
the scan as they have IT problem.
He'll review and call me the next day.

Crap

They had said come in an hour as they
 had so many cancelations
due to rain but they DID NOT
say that on phone.
I could have avoided some of the freak out.

His assistant called very early today to schedule an MRI
as I have a 2 cm nodule in my chest.
Waiting for approval for an MRI end of week.
No sense describing it all now
until I know how much trouble I'm in.

Crap

Remember the hose in the fountain?
Well, I remembered 20 hours later and only because
I went outside to scream at Mockingbird
eating my guava blossoms again this year,
and stepped into water.

Crap

Next months bill should be fun

Couldn't decide to post-not post
as it has been a downer for some time on here.
I'm sorry for that.
BUT this is my journal so here it is.

Cheer up
Here are some puppies

Z

If you tend toward prayers
throw one up for me will ya please?

Sending many prayers for a hell of a lot less CRAP in your life, some decent news in the findings, and a simpler more enjoyable less complicated life for you moving forward.

Geesh Z....I am so sorry to hear about all your crappity goings-on.... That nodule thing is scary stuff....but I’m sure you already know that. Of course I’ll send up some prayers for you...and wing some healing, positive, thoughts your way. I am not trying to make light of it, but someone we know (who is a hard core (and I mean HARD core) smoker and has been for the majority of his 65+ year life) was told he has some nodules on his lung last week. They don’t seem to be too concerned with them though as they are just going to “monitor” them and re-do the MRI in 6 mos. to see if they’ve grown. Apparently it’s not uncommon to have “innocent” lung nodules?? Bummer about the water...upstairs and outside... You have water, water, everywhere and we woke up to no water anywhere yesterday.... Apparently a pipe 90’ down in the well broke. How, exactly, does that happen?? And, nah, I don’t want to see the bill for that either. Keeping you in thought and prayer my friend....and always err on the side of posting....we love ya, ya know? ~Robin~

Yes, I will send a prayer for you. I thought 2018 was a rough year but 2019 is indeed trying the best of us. Hang in there and be strong.

Take care,

Constance

Well, s***, s***, s***. I leave water running all the time in my house since I'm almost deaf. You'd be surprised in that you might be able to work out something with your utilities company. Just give it a try.

Sending prayers, and speediness from your medical people.

One thing after another...and big things. I'm so sorry all is tumbling down on you. Yes I will pray for you! For a good outcome from the MRI, for the help you need to take care of the household calamities, and for peace for you.

Yikes! That is a crappy day! They really should relate things better on phone calls. Did you get the MRI? Love ya, Kit
