What a lovely meal. My Mom made a prime rib dinner and it was spectacular! Take care of yourself also.

Looks delicious. I made the YP once and even bought the pans. They were wonderful, but alas the pans were given away. I've yet to find any restaurant that makes them. So you're out and about. Yay! It is still so damn cold here, I can barely make it outside to feed the birds, squirrels and water fowl.
