Thanks

I made this bouquet up from three
different bunches from Trader Joes.

Just a quick thank you to all who wrote me
about yesterday's post and shared their stories
or just said they understood.

Also thank you for the sweet comments,
emails and phone calls about the book (two posts back.)
You guys are the best.
You really are.
How about we all meet up at my house?
What do you think?
Rally at Z's.
Finally got the yard done yesterday.
I'm ready <3

Dear Z,
I have only just read your last post. Those last 30 years must have been very difficult for both you and your mum. If you didn't love her so much, it wouldn't have hurt so, because of the circumstances, you did so well. It's good to know that you now know not to beat yourself up about any of it and that you realised that you could move on, knowing that you loved her completely even though there were bad times. It was obviously due to her condition.
Hope that you had a wonderful Mother's Day ....that rainbow display was a lovely sign for you to remember the love that you had and have for your mum. Much love and sit back in your tidy back yard and have a drink !! XXXX

I started to read your post but couldn't finish. (Mom's posts do that to me) but I wanted you to know that if some day we really meet, we will enjoy your just finished backyard and talk all about it...in the meantime, a big, big hug!

I've been away so I didn't see your original post but I have read it now - it is very inspiring that you have come out the other side of this into the rainbows.

Suzan...I've just read your last post. It is more than just "beautiful". Insightful. Real.Expanding. Achingly joyful. I believe with all my heart that people are in our lives for "a reason, a season, or a lifetime". Thank you for being in mine.

Hello there, Beautiful bouquet. I would like to share that I LOVE TRADER JOE'S my daughter, and I have been shopping there lately what terrific foods and goodies. The plants and flowers are right at front door. Great colors. Enjoy the rest of your week, Anna

All of us never get over our MOM's . I have had a terrible argument with my youngest daughter and she hates me and I told her she will regret all this when I'm gone , when she is grown up and realizes what a mom is and what a good Mom I have been in her life,

I loved the post about the auction house OMg I would want it all

I have my 1st giveaway on my blog and would love you to enter it

Rumor has it we're getting a Trader Joe's. I'm looking forward to finding out what all the fuss is about. I spent much of my childhood waiting for my 'real family' to come and get me. (but, alas, they were already there...) I love my family, it's just I kept thinking I was in the wrong spot. When my children were young and I was home with them my husband would come in from work and (after looking around in dismay at what was left of our home) would ask, "So, what did you do today?" At first I was offended, I had done a thing or two. He would eat dinner (usually), and had a bed to sleep in, and clothes to wear tomorrow. Then one day I just looked at him and calmly said, "Nobody died." There are times when raising our families that we totally forget who we are and what our dreams were. And we're the sane and healthy ones. I can't imagine a life where 'normal and healthy' have been thrown out the window. But you are here. Your babies are alive and well and making the world a better place. And you, after all this time and everything that has happened (and no, we don't know everything that happened - we don't need to) after everything, you matter in this world and make it a better place. Thanks for the invite.

Hi Z!
I am so far behind on visiting with my friends...I am so sorry that I missed the last two posts! The one about your mom was simply beautiful! You are such a gifted writer...have such a way of expressing your thoughts, what a gift! And then the post on the new book! So exciting! So you! Your organizational skills are amazing! but it's not just that your are organized that I find so amazing...it's the beautiful way you arrange things, still within reach but almost too beautiful to move!
I am so happy for you!
I am heading your way in January, April's wedding will be held there and hope to get together during that time
Have a blessed week and once again
Congratulations my friend!
much love and big hugs
Donna
