Be My Guest

I love company.
If you stay at my home you have the choice of two
guest rooms. This is one of them

As the mirror says Simplify- Look Around

Your bed is vintage with great patina.
(Erin, the woven coverlet is from Franklin)

Layered with pillows and down and feathery comforters

Book-ended with lamps for reading and a vast selection
of decorating books. You may never get to sleep.

Even with all the inspiration from books, you will eventually
succumb to the bed, sinking in to the extreme comfort.

Dark drapes allow you to block out the desert morning sun.

Sleep tight. Breakfast is served at your convenience
in the garden.

  14. Aw I'd so so love to be your guest dear Suzan!!!
Your guestroom is delightful, very inviting and welcoming to say the least! I would have so much fun looking to your library of decorating books and just enjoying the atmosphere of the beautiful room (love the basket collection!) and then breakfast out there in your gorgeous desert garden would be the icing on the cake (just look at these roses and all the wonderful bird houses *sigh*)! I absolutely love your garden and well your home too of course lol Would we have tea out of one of your gorgeous old watering cans then? ;-) Just joking! And after breakfast can we go in your amazing studio for a private workshop please?
    Have an enchanting day!
    Carola xoxo~

It is a good thing I came to visit. I AM getting ready for guests and I do not have dark curtains on the windows, I think I have some work to do. Happy White Wednesday.
